We are looking for a creative, motivated, and energetic Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in promoting our real estate and construction projects. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, coordinating promotional activities, and strengthening the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate and follow up on marketing leads through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and business growth.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and site visit campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Maintain marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Support branding, digital marketing, and other promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, real estate marketing, construction marketing, or a related field. (Freshers can also apply.)
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel for promotional activities, site visits, and marketing events when required.
