About Us:
NK Associates is a growing Tax & Compliance firm providing services like GST Registration, ITR Filing, Company Registration, Accounting, and other financial compliances. We are looking for a dynamic telesales executive to join our team and help convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
- Explain services such as GST registration, ITR filing, company registration, etc.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
- Update daily calling and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Experience in telecalling/telesales is an advantage
- Confident, result-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
