Experience RequiredPreferred:
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in:
- Car rental sales
- Cab booking process
- Travel sales
- BPO sales
- International sales process
- Customer handling
Freshers Welcome:
Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a sales-oriented attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for US car rental services
- Assist customers with:
- Airport transfers
- Local rentals
- Outstation bookings
- Corporate travel requirements
- Generate bookings and maximize sales conversions
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams for smooth ride execution
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality support
- Follow up on leads and pending bookings
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain CRM and booking records accurately
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Strong customer handling and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong team coordination
- Confidence in handling international customers
