- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment documents, and HR reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Basic communication within team.
- Managing basic office operations and handling phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications -
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is beneficial but not required.
