Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Digital Marketing Intern to support both our Human Resources and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, employer branding, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Help prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Digital Marketing
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Conduct basic SEO keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.
- Support website content updates and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Canva or Adobe Express for designing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
