Chief Technical Officer (MEP)
Experience: 15–20 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Role & Responsibilities Lead the overall MEP execution for residential and commercial projects. Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, MEP Engineers, and site teams. Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design proposals. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and Civil teams. Monitor project quality, cost, timelines, and MEP installation standards. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, STP, and related services. Resolve major technical issues and coordinate design changes and variations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications. Review project progress, testing & commissioning, and handover activities. Develop and implement MEP standards and best practices across projects. Report technical performance and major project issues to senior management. Preferred Candidate Profile 15–20 years of experience in MEP execution and management of large residential/commercial projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, STP, and building services. Experience in managing multiple projects and large MEP teams. Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience with reputed real estate developers/EPC companies preferred. Location: Mumbai
Pay: ₹22,073.91 - ₹114,617.70 per month
