We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, PPC, etc.).
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and ad performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct keyword research and develop an SEO strategy to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to improve user experience and digital content.
- Track, measure, and report performance on all digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong understanding of website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing programs.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or website development is a plus.
