- Conduct training sessions on soft skills such as communication, personality development, interview preparation, teamwork, grooming, and workplace ethics for students.
- Deliver IT training on basic computer applications including MS Office, Internet usage, email communication, digital literacy, and basic software operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises as per the training curriculum.
- Assess students through tests, presentations, mock interviews, and practical evaluations to monitor learning progress.
- Guide and mentor students for employability, confidence building, resume preparation, and professional behavior.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, assessment sheets, and other required documentation regularly.
- Support placement and mobilization activities by preparing students for interviews and workplace readiness.
- Ensure proper classroom discipline, student engagement, and effective learning environment during training sessions.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, digital tools, and employability skills to improve training quality.
- Coordinate with the management and placement team for smooth execution of training programs and student activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
