We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Client Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, addressing queries, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide timely assistance and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues and requests.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on client concerns until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Prepare and share regular status updates and reports with clients and management.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide necessary guidance regarding services and processes.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned departments when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an IT services or software company.
- Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools.
- Basic understanding of software development, web development, or digital services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
