Job Responsibilities :
- Maintenance & Operation of all electro mechanical equipments like HT / LT System, Transformer, Main Electrical Panels, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, ( Lifts ), Pumps, Fire alarm system, PA system, CCTV system, Fire Fighting equipments & systems, Lightings ( internal & External ), Ups & RP power points.
- Recording all the required parameters for required electro mechanical equipments as per management provided checklist & recording data sheet.
- Handling multiskilled complaints related to core electrical, minor works of plumbing, carpentry, data communication, floor springs, general maintenance etc.
- Minor lighting, RP & Ups wiring & fixing of power receptacles if required..
- General day to day rounds as per shifts maintaining the above mentioned electro mechanical equipments.
- Checking for any compliant escalations, emergency trouble shooting and repairs.
- Maintaining the water level in the sumps as per requirement.
- Maintaining Oxygen station with cylinders, vacuum & Air compressors.
- Maintaining of Hot Water Plant including the solar system
- Following proactively if any Civil, Carpentry, Plumbing and painting work is planned & executed based on the requirements.
- Logging complaints with AMC vendors & follow-up
- In line with supervisor preparing of Incident Reporting.
- Asset movement management need to co-ordinate with HK.
Pay: ₹10,011.53 - ₹25,921.40 per month
