We work closely with property owners across India to help them maximize the potential of their assets through professional hospitality management, marketing, guest experience, and revenue optimization.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success & Business Development Executive to join our team.
Role Overview
This role combines customer engagement, business development, and hospitality consulting support.
You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with property owners, aspiring Airbnb hosts, and hospitality entrepreneurs, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the initial stages of working with 8MH Organic.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people, conducting online research, making presentations, managing follow-ups, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential property owners, investors, and aspiring Airbnb hosts.
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and understand their property and business goals.
- Schedule consultations and meetings with senior members of the 8MH team.
- Conduct introductory Zoom presentations and discovery calls.
- Prepare customized presentations and proposals when required.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status within company systems.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Follow up on proposals and opportunities to help convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on trends in hospitality, Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, and property management.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, real estate, travel, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
