Job Description: Manager – Portfolio Analytics
- Cross Sell and upsell Analytics (must have) model development like XG Boost
- Portfolio Spends Growth – Targeting basis segments/persona, merchants, campaign recommendation to drive cross border.
- Driving card Activation to increase spends & engagement
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Product, Operations, Portfolio teams etc.
- Presenting model results to management/ senior stakeholders
strong project management, pipeline planning as well as documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Data sciences with 3+ years of experience in Cross Sell analytics/ Portfolio analysts
- BFSI/ Credit Cards analytics exposure is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Python/SAS, SQL, Model development skillset is mandatory.
