Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced GenAI / AI-ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI application development.
The ideal candidate should have strong Python and SQL skills and practical experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using modern frameworks and vector databases.
- Develop LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML and deep learning models.
- Build REST APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Develop data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for contextual AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI applications in production.
Required Technical Skills
Programming & Development
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar API frameworks.
- Good understanding of software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong understanding of regression, classification, clustering, feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
Generative AI & NLP
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM projects.
- Experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
- Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs.
- Experience with Hugging Face and LangSmith.
RAG & Vector Databases
- Experience with Pinecone and/or FAISS.
- Understanding of embedding models and semantic search.
- Knowledge of RAG evaluation metrics such as RAGAS, BLEU, and ROUGE.
AWS / Cloud
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
- EC2
- S3
- SageMaker
- Bedrock
Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant AI/ML experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of practical GenAI/LLM experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Strong experience in RAG and LLM-based applications.
- Candidates should be based in Noida/NCR and able to attend an in-person interview in Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period are preferred.
Interview Process
Round 1: Face-to-face interview at the client's office in Sector 62, Gurugram.
Candidates should be available to attend the in-person interview as required.
