Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a seamless and delightful guest experience from pre-arrival coordination to departure, while maintaining strong coordination with transport, medical, hospitality, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Arrival Coordination
Contact scheduled guests prior to arrival and confirm visit details.
Verify travel mode (Flight/Train/Bus/Personal Vehicle) and arrange pick-up/drop coordination with the transport team.
Coordinate appointments and special requirements before arrival.
Guest Reception & Check-in
Welcome guests with a bouquet/welcome drink and ensure a warm hospitality experience.
Verify guest identity and booking details.
Confirm room allocation (Standard/Deluxe/Suite, etc.) and coordinate luggage transfer to rooms.
Resort Orientation & Guest Engagement
Introduce guests to resort facilities through battery/golf cart tours.
Explain dining areas, fitness zones, walking tracks, recreational activities, bonfire sessions, and engagement programs.
Ensure guests remain comfortable and actively engaged during their stay.
Medical & Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with doctors and inform them about new guest consultations, health concerns, and appointment schedules.
Liaise with housekeeping, transport, F&B, medical, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
Feedback & Relationship Management
Collect regular guest feedback regarding food quality, room service, medical consultation, and overall experience.
Identify improvement areas and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns.
Maintain positive relationships with both new and repeat guests.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily records of guest arrivals, room occupancy, doctor consultations, feedback, and service status.
Prepare and submit regular reports and Excel-based MIS to Head Office.
Check-out & Departure Management
Coordinate with all departments to verify additional services and billing details.
Assist guests in completing final payments and formalities.
Obtain final feedback, encourage repeat visits and referrals, and ensure a pleasant farewell experience.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and customer service orientation.
Good presentation and hospitality etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and record management.
Ability to handle guests professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Healthcare, Wellness Resort, Hotel, or Customer Service operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
