Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle document filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government offices for administrative requirements.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase requests, and expense records.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Outstation Visits:
- Travel to outstation locations as required to support official business activities.
- Assist with document collection, submission, and coordination at branch offices, government departments, vendors, or client locations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks during travel and submit a brief report upon return.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain travel expense records, and adhere to company travel policies.
- Be available for occasional overnight travel based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
