Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, product information, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor pending orders and resolve issues related to deliveries or documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹11,453.54 - ₹18,000.00 per month
