Job Description : Talent Acquisition Executive (Bulk Hiring)
Role: End-to-end mass recruitment for BPO Voice/Non-Voice/Niche processes.
Focus: High-velocity sourcing, screening automation, and Day 1 retention.
1. Core Responsibilities
- Mass Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing (Job boards, Social Media, Referrals) to funnel 200+ candidates/week.
- Rapid Screening: Conduct high-volume telephonic/virtual interviews to assess communication and cultural fit.
- Drive Execution: Lead walk-in drives and virtual "mega-hiring" events to meet aggressive monthly ramp-up targets.
- Funnel Management: Manage the full pipeline via ATS to ensure a low Time-to-Hire and zero candidate leakage.
- Retention Focus: Implement pre-boarding engagement strategies to minimize No-Shows and 30-day attrition.
2. Technical & Soft Skills
- BPO Expertise: Deep understanding of BPO shifts, SLA-driven environments, and niche process requirements (Tech/Sales/Collections).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in ATS /aptitude assessment tools.
- Resilience: High energy for a target-driven environment where agility is key.
- Assessment: Sharp eye for evaluating language proficiency (C1/C2 levels) and "coachability."
3. Performance KPIs
- Joining Ratio: >85% (Offer-to-Joining).
- Time-to-Fill: <10 days for entry-level; <20 days for niche roles based in business requirement.
- Monthly Traget : 85% Closure of monthly assigned Target

Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years in high-volume BPO/ITES recruitment.
- Education: Any Graduate (HR Specialization preferred).
- Shift: Flexible to support drive schedules.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
