We’re Hiring: Call Center Manager – Honda Workshop (Adabari, Guwahati)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the CRE team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
* Monitor inbound and outbound customer calls, including service reminders, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback calls.
* Ensure timely follow-up with customers to enhance service retention and customer satisfaction.
* Track and improve the performance and productivity of the CRE team.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and MIS.
* Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth customer communication.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate CREs on communication skills and process adherence.
* Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
* Ensure compliance with dealership SOPs and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Eligibility:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a call center or customer relationship team.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
