- Enter daily dyeing production details into ERP software, spreadsheets, or production management systems.
- Record batch numbers, machine details, fabric quantities, colors, and processing stages.
- Update production status reports in real time.
- Ensure all production documents are complete and properly organized.
- Prepare summaries of machine utilization, production output, and efficiency.
- Provide data to management for production planning and analysis
- Communicate with production supervisors, quality control, stores, and planning departments.
- Collect production data from operators and shift in-charges.
- Ensure information is updated accurately and on time.
- Record batch processing details, production quantities, and machine utilization.
- Prepare daily production and consumption reports.
