Role Purpose
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading high-performance sales strategies for our residential and mandate projects. You will bridge the gap between strategic planning and on-ground execution, ensuring the sales team meets its volume and value targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to final closure for premium residential high-rise projects.
- Mandate Project Strategy: Develop project-specific sales pitches for mandate properties, focusing on competitive positioning in the Baner and Balewadi markets.
- Team Management: Mentor and supervise junior sales executives and closing managers to improve conversion ratios and maintain professional standards.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to advise management on pricing, inventory distribution, and promotional offers.
- Channel Partner (CP) Relations: Build and maintain a robust network of channel partners and brokers to ensure a consistent flow of walk-ins and site visits.
- Reporting & Analytics: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using CRM tools and OneDrive-based reporting systems to track team KPIs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6–10 years in Real Estate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Pune real estate landscape and RERA compliance.
- Closing Prowess: A proven track-record of closing high-value deals and handling HNI clients.
- Operational Skills: Experience in standardizing SOPs for site visits and managing sales documentation.
- Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
