Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales across the region.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers & retailers.
- Lead and guide field sales teams for territory growth.
- Conduct product promotions, field demos & farmer meetings.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Support expansion through new store/franchise development and channel growth.
- Take care of store inventory management and purchase operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong network in the agrochemical industry (South India preferred)
Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets
Excellent negotiation & team management skills
Experience in starting, handling, or scaling stores/franchises/distributor networks
Strong understanding of offline market expansion and dealer development
