We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions through direct marketing, field visits, referrals, and digital leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to execute campaigns.
- Represent the academy at educational events, exhibitions, and campus drives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, Marketing, or Admissions.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing and institutional visits.
