Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. The candidate should be disciplined, attentive, and capable of handling security-related responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and guard the premises to prevent unauthorized access
- Check visitors, maintain entry/exit records, and verify IDs
- Handle night shift or rotational shift duties if assigned
- Handle security incidents and report suspicious activities
- Maintain basic security documentation and daily reports
- Support security desk operations when required
- Ensure adherence to company safety procedures and regulations
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Alertness and observation skills
- Basic record-keeping ability
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
- Basic knowledge of security procedures is an advantage
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with 2–10 years of experience can apply
- Any Degree preferred; minimum qualification can vary based on company requirements
- Age limit above 35 years to 50 years
