Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant specializing in international tours. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel packages, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, tours)
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and pricing
- Handle end-to-end booking processes for international travel packages
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa rules, and international regulations
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client details
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Travel & Tourism preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in travel consultancy or international tour operations
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel processes
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, CRM tools)
