Experience Required- 7–8 years in real estate sales, with multi-project/multi-team management experience
Reports To- Partner (Sales Operations)
Role Purpose:
Manage all project-site sales teams (Sr./Jr. Sales Executives) across 10+ ongoing real estate projects, ensure monthly sales targets are achieved, and resolve on-ground escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Track daily/weekly booking numbers across all projects
● Review project-wise team performance and resolve stuck deals/escalations
● Oversee lead distribution with the Tele Caller
● Set up sales teams for new project launches
● Report consolidated sales performance monthly to management
Required Skills:
Strong CRM/data skills, proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple sites, leadership and problem-solving ability.
