Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual Contributor)
We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end hiring across Technology, Product, and other corporate functions. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and execute effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure
- Manage hiring across Technology, Product, Data, and other corporate functions
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
2. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Act as a strategic advisor on hiring plans, market trends, and talent availability
- Drive alignment on hiring priorities and timelines
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Engage and attract high-quality passive candidates
4. Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Screen candidates for technical skills, product thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture
- Maintain high hiring quality standards
5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track key hiring metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion rates
- Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders
- Use data to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
6. Employer Branding & Process Improvement
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
- Continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methods
- Implement cost-effective hiring strategies and optimize vendor/platform usage

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience hiring for Technology, Product, or other corporate roles
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in FinTech, technology, or high-growth startup environments
- Strong sourcing expertise with experience hiring passive talent
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
