Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for our electric vehicle portfolio. The ideal candidate will identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, fleet operators, government organizations, educational institutions, and channel partners. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including corporate companies, fleet operators, government departments, educational institutions, logistics companies, and dealerships.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and EV demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government EV policies to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and corporate networking events.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in corporate sales, fleet sales, or institutional sales.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and EV industry trends.
- Understanding of government procurement processes and tender participation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts and work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the automobile, EV, fleet, or mobility industry.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

- Knowledge of EV financing, leasing models, charging solutions, and government incentive schemes.
