Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning of solar panels as per schedule.
- Remove dust, dirt, bird droppings, and other debris from panels.
- Ensure proper handling of panels and avoid any damage during cleaning.
- Check panels for visible issues and report damages or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the solar plant area.
- Follow safety procedures while working at solar installation sites.
- Assist the technical team during maintenance activities when required.
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly.
- Complete daily work reports and update work status.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of solar panels and cleaning procedures preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and in different weather conditions.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to installation locations.
- Previous experience in solar plant cleaning/maintenance will be an advantage.
- Safety awareness and responsible work attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
