Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Hardware Installation Technician who has practical knowledge of Digital Door Locks and Architectural Door Hardware.
The candidate should be skilled in door cutting, fitting, installation, adjustment and troubleshooting of different types of door hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Digital Door Locks / Smart Locks
- Installation of Mortise Locks & Handles
- Installation of Pull Handles
- Installation of Door Closers
- Installation of Concealed Hinges & Regular Hinges
- Installation of Cylinders, Tower Bolts, Door Stoppers and other door hardware
- Proper door cutting, drilling, routing and fitting according to product dimensions
- Digital lock installation on wooden and other compatible doors
- Alignment and adjustment of doors and hardware after installation
- Basic troubleshooting of digital locks and hardware
- Attend installation/service visits at customer sites, builder projects, hotels, offices and residences
- Ensure clean and professional installation without damaging the door or product
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for site requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry / door hardware installation preferred
- Practical experience with Digital / Smart Lock installation
- Good knowledge of Mortise Locks, Handles, Hinges, Door Closers and related architectural hardware
- Must know how to use drill machine, router, cutter and other carpentry tools
- Ability to understand product measurements and installation drawings
- Good finishing and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to customer/project sites as required
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked with a Digital Lock, Door Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Modular Furniture or Door Installation company will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20000 per month + applicable incentives/allowances
