We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales who can independently handle client meetings, generate business opportunities, and drive sales growth. The candidate should be confident in meeting clients outside the office, building strong relationships, and closing deals independently. The person must be having the relevant experience, excellent verbal & written communication skills. innovative mind and acceptance to change as per the environment.
He or She will be made responsible to take care of complete processes to ensure deliveries. The candidate must possess leadership qualities to build a team for the company to help it grow by creating culture through its team inspiration attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct independent client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and close deals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution, to improve performance and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
- Must be MBA or equivalent.
- Experience in B2B sales, ERP software, EdTech, IT solutions or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
- Atleast 10 -15 Years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Good at team development and leadership skills
