Staark Robotics is a Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM Education company dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on learning. We partner with leading schools to deliver engaging Robotics & AI programs for students from Grades 3 to 8.
We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate Robotics & AI Trainers to deliver our after-school programs, in and around Chennai.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM classes to school students.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions using Arduino, sensors, robotics kits, and AI tools.
- Travel to partner schools in and around Chennai to conduct classes.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain student progress reports.
- Assist in robotics competitions, exhibitions, and innovation events.
- Support curriculum development and new project creation.
- Maintain robotics kits and classroom equipment.
- Work from the Staark Robotics office when not assigned to school sessions.
Required Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Basic knowledge of Arduino, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Programming.
- Passion for teaching children and inspiring young innovators.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Willingness to travel to schools across Chennai.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Robotics or STEM education.
- Knowledge of Python, C/C++, AI, IoT, ESP32, or 3D Printing.
- Experience conducting workshops or student training.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Travel allowance will be provided for official school visits.
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- School sessions as per assigned timetable
- Office work during non-school hours
