Brief description of the job:
Job Responsibilities
· Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
· Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
· Manage job postings on various platforms.
· Maintain a database of potential candidates.
· Maintain HR records, payroll, and compliance.
· Address employee grievances and engagement activities.
· Assist in performance management and policy implementation.
Key Knowledge & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Marketing Responsibilities
Key Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Brief understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
- A focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value through tailored marketing strategies is critical
