We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and performance-oriented sales professional to lead business development activities across the Bundelkhand region for our Ayurvedic, OTC Herbal, and FMCG product portfolio. The role requires strong market understanding, distributor management expertise, and the ability to build, train, and lead a field sales team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and key retail partners for FMCG, OTC, Ayurvedic products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across assigned districts.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate field sales personnel to maximize productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional strategies.
- Ensure optimum product availability and visibility across retail channels.
- Review stock levels, secondary sales, and distributor performance to maintain healthy business operations.
- Establish strong working relationships with channel partners/dealers to improve sales growth and market reach.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review.
- Drive achievement of collection, distribution, and business development goals within the territory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting systems, and operating procedures.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
