Our brands are expanding rapidly across Eastern India, and we are looking for ambitious sales professionals to strengthen our distribution network and drive market growth across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Expand distributor and retailer network across General Trade channels.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, sub-distributors, and wholesalers.
- Drive market coverage, outlet expansion, and product availability.
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and visibility initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market developments.
- Ensure optimum stock levels and healthy distributor inventory.
- Lead distributor sales representatives and support field execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and business reviews.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in categories such as detergents, lamp oils, personal care, or other mass-market FMCG products will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributor-led sales and General Trade channels.
- Existing trade relationships within Odisha will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering sales and distribution growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
