Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to promote courses and events.
- Generate leads through organic and paid social media activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other social platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
