We are looking for a proactive and organized Merchandiser to manage customer orders from inquiry to dispatch. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders, smooth communication, and high customer satisfaction. Knowledge of export markets and/or Indian retail business will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, and dispatches.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, samples, deliveries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, accessories, and packaging materials required for production.
- Maintain order records, customer communications, and related documentation.
- Resolve routine order-related issues and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in merchandising, sales coordination, exports, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of export merchandising processes and/or Indian retail markets preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹32,875.00 - ₹40,207.35 per month
