About the Role
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting, compliance, taxation, MIS reporting, audits, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling finance functions while ensuring timely statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
- Monthly & annual book closure, P&L and Balance Sheet review
- GST, TDS, Advance Tax computation and statutory compliance
- Preparation of Financial Statements and audit support
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Tax Consultants
- Monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis
- Payroll review and statutory deductions compliance
- Monitoring payables, receivables, and cash flow
- Strengthening internal financial controls and processes
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- 4–6 Years Post Qualification Experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxation & Compliance
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis
- ERP Experience (Tally, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
