Job Title: Cashier cum Store Manager (SM)
Location: Sardarpura, Jodhpur (B Road or C Road)
Store Type: Multi-category Retail (Sports, Kitchen, or General Merchandise)
Employment Type: Full-time (10:00AM to 10:00pm ) ( Monday to Sunday).
Job Objective
The Cashier cum Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire store's front-end and operational activities. You will balance high-level store management (staff, inventory, and sales targets) with hands-on transaction processing to ensure a seamless "offline-to-online" customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Accurately process all customer payments using the GIGABOX POS system (Credit/Debit, UPI, Google Pay, and NFC).
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring the showroom meets the brand’s high aesthetic standards for kitchen or sports merchandise.
- Omnichannel Integration: Coordinate with the GIGABOX App team for fast 60-minute delivery orders originating from your store's inventory.
- Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by training staff on product knowledge—such as cricket equipment or premium kitchen utensils—and active upselling.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels for Rajasthan's largest inventory categories, ensuring "Best in India" showroom visual standards.
- Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complaints and ensuring the high "4.9-star" rating service level is maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in commerce or relevant stream with Tally ERP. 9 premium.
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail operations as cashier.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert at using modern POS systems and mobile-app-based inventory tools.
- Leadership: Strong team-building abilities to manage on-site staff and delivery partners.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English to assist diverse local and visiting customers in the Sardarpura market.
