Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - (Production) (Piping Spool Division)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Qualification: DME /BE /B.Tech Mechanical
Location: Karjan, Vadodara (Transportation Facility Provided)
Industry: Production /Manufacturer /Heavy Engineering (Pre-fabricated Piping Spools, Fittings and Static Equipments)

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of piping spools
- Understand fabrication process from isometric drawings, including welding procedures and inspection points.
- Ensuring that complex piping systems are manufactured accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule
- Planning the production sequence in the workshop to meet project milestones, including Spool fit-up, dimension inspection, cutting, bending, welding, and painting
- Coordinating manpower, machines, and material availability
- Monitoring weld quality, dimension accuracy and pipe support fabrication in compliance with ASME/ISO standards
- Inspection of spools as per approved Isometric.
