Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support management in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Supervise clerical staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Foster a professional and productive office environment
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
