Key responsibilities
● Create on-brand visuals and short-form travel content for Instagram (posts, reels,
stories) using platform-native best practices.
● Own and maintain a content calendar.
● Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and flag what’s working based
on algorithm-friendly formats.
● Repurpose content for Facebook and WhatsApp broadcasts/catalogs.
● Support community management with timely replies to comments/DMs and basic
moderation.
● Conduct creative research: trend scanning, references, and competitor content boards.
Must-have skills
● Strong grasp of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithm-friendly content patterns.
● Good visual/design sense with understanding of layout, color, and hierarchy.
● Graphic design ability and brand consistency awareness.
● Knack for content creation (concepts, hooks, captions) and basic copy.
● Software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva proficiency.
● Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Good to have
● Basic knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp marketing formats (pages, groups,
broadcasts).
● Understanding of Meta and WhatsApp ads fundamentals (objectives, creatives,
targeting).
