Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CS solutions to streamline service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
The role demands a blend of functional expertise, business process understanding, and technical integration capabilities, along with experience in end-to-end service lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Business Process
- Analyze and translate business requirements into SAP CS/S4HANA functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP CS and related modules in alignment with business processes and global templates.
- Work on Customer Service processes including Service Orders, Contracts, Repairs, and Resource-Related Billing.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops, propose solutions, and provide effort estimations.
- Manage Contract Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Develop scalable solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture and global templates.
- Ensure all designs meet functional and non-functional requirements and compliance standards.
- Deliver solutions within defined timeline, scope, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure proper documentation, peer reviews, and business sign-offs.
Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, PS, and SCM.
- Work on interfaces including IDocs, Proxies, and SAP PI/PO integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external systems for end-to-end solution delivery.
Testing & Support
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
- Provide production support and ensure adherence to SLA and change request processes.
- Create user documentation, SOPs, and provide end-user training.
Technology & Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP CS and SD modules with deep understanding of service processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).
- Experience with:
- Service Orders, Contracts (Value & Quantity)
- Resource-Related Billing & Timesheets
- Quotation and Sales Order management
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration concepts and enterprise data management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and support environments.

Additional Details
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
- Compensation: ₹25–28 LPA (based on experience)
