Role Overview :-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Marketing & Business Development to strengthen our B2B marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Boiler & Power Plant industry and be capable of developing client relationships while driving business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, EPC companies, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Travel across India for business development and client meetings.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Boiler & Power Plant Industry.
- Strong B2B Marketing & Business Development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Must have worked with reputed companies in the sector across India.
