Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale the digital ecosystem of Coloplast India. The role will primarily focus on managing and growing the D2C/eCommerce business of Coloplast India through Coloplaststore.in, while driving digital transformation, consumer engagement, and business growth across paid media, SEO, social media, and AI-led initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in eCommerce management, performance marketing, SEO, social media activation, analytics, and consumer engagement. Experience in healthcare, medtech, or consumer-centric industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & D2C Business Management
- Manage and grow the D2C/eCommerce business of Coloplast India through the Shopify-based Coloplaststore.in website.
- Drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Monitor website performance, sales trends, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and consumer experience.
- Optimize the online buying journey and improve website conversion rates (CRO).
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels on Coloplaststore, avoid stock-outs, support demand planning for campaigns and ensure smooth consumer order-fulfilment
SEO & Paid Advertising
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic rankings, traffic, and visibility for Coloplast.in and Coloplaststore.in.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives across platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Optimize campaigns to drive quality traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and digital KPIs.
Social Media & Consumer Engagement
- Manage and execute social media strategy across Meta platforms and YouTube for Coloplast India.
- Create and manage social media calendar aligned with business priorities and consumer needs.
- Drive consumer engagement, advocacy, and community-building initiatives.
- Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop educational, awareness, testimonial, and engagement content.
- Support patient-centric campaigns and digital storytelling initiatives.
Consumer Experience & Retention
- Collaborate closely with the internal Consumer Care team to:
- Drive revenue from the existing consumer database
- Improve consumer retention and loyalty
- Enhance overall consumer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve personalization and consumer journeys.
Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding
- Prepare and manage regular performance reports and dashboards covering:
- Website performance
- Revenue metrics
- Paid media performance
- SEO performance
- Social media analytics
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor digital KPIs and business performance against targets.
AI & Digital Transformation
- Take lead in AI and digital transformation initiatives across functions.
- Identify and implement digital tools and AI-driven solutions to:
- Improve operational efficiency
- Enhance consumer experience
- Optimize marketing performance
- Improve cross-functional collaboration
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Paid Advertising
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Analytics
- Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and driving digital transformation programs.
- Candidates with experience managing eCommerce/D2C businesses will be preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharmaceutical, wellness, or consumer-centric industries will be preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce operations.
- Expertise in:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEO tools
- CRM (SFDC) and marketing automation tools
- Good understanding of CRO, UX, and digital consumer journeys.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
