Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹9,853.56 - ₹33,804.06 per month
