About Us
Shree Rama Managers LLP is a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm committed to promoting financial literacy. As part of our Financial Siddhi initiative, we are developing a series of engaging finance comics for children and are seeking an experienced editor and publishing consultant to help make them publication-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve story flow, dialogues, pacing, and age-appropriate financial concepts.
- Evaluate illustrations, page layouts, character consistency, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Assess age suitability based on reading level, vocabulary, and educational value.
- Provide editorial feedback with actionable recommendations and publication readiness assessment.
- Guide the complete publishing process, including ISBN, copyright, print specifications, Amazon KDP, print-on-demand, file preparation, and distribution.
Deliverables
- Editorial review report
- Annotated PDF with comments
- Story and illustration improvement recommendations
- Publishing roadmap
- Final publication readiness report
- One review call (if required)
Requirements
- Experience editing children's books, comics, or educational content.
- Strong storytelling, editorial, and illustration review skills.
- Knowledge of children's reading psychology and educational publishing.
- Familiarity with Amazon KDP, self-publishing, and print production.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred
- Published children's books or comics.
- Experience with financial literacy or educational content.
- Background in illustration, comic design, or publishing.

Project Goal

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
