The Site Supervisor (Interior Fit Out) plays a crucial role in managing and executing interior fit out projects from start to finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adhere to project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation
- Facilitate communication between project managers and site workers
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in site supervision, specifically in interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
