Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Required:
- Must have closed international clients for web and mobile app development projects. Preference for candidates who have also worked on AI, IoT, or Blockchain-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in closing projects using technologies like Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Angular, Vue.js, Python, Flutter, React Native, Kotlin (Android), and Swift (iOS). (Not preferred: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, .NET, Java, or ROR-focused profiles.)
- Must have handled multiple industry domains like eCommerce, Real Estate, Education, Fitness, Fintech, ERP, etc., showing the ability to adapt and pitch across sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end sales, including client communication, proposal drafting, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Experience in both dedicated and fixed-cost project models.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently. Should be able to explain performance metrics and closing consistency.
- Skilled in team leadership, guiding and mentoring BDEs/Sr. BDEs, and supporting them during client calls and closures.
- Should be fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to confidently represent the company in global client discussions.
- Experience in generating business via portals, social media, references, directories, and personal network.
- High energy, multitasking capability, and a proactive problem-solver attitude in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
