Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, target-driven, and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced B2B environments and enjoy building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit key customer accounts regularly to strengthen business relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls for inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and activity updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct market research to identify new leads, competitors, and pricing trends
- Prepare sales reports and analyze customer data
- Support marketing initiatives and overall business development activities
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report preparation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
