Salary: ₹6,000 Fixed + ₹3,000 Performance Bonus
Working Hours: 5 Hours/Day
Working Days: Monday – Friday(4 Days working)
Shift: USA Shift (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers Not Eligible)
Role Overview
Business Optima is hiring an International Calling & Appointment Booking Executive to support our growing international operations.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with USA-based clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining professional client relationships. This role is focused on appointment setting, lead engagement, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call company-provided leads
- Communicate with international (USA) clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Maintain professional communication with prospects
- Conduct follow-ups with interested leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
- Support lead nurturing and conversion activities
Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirements)
- ✅ Prior calling or appointment booking experience
- ✅ Fluent and confident spoken English
- ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Ability to handle approximately 100 calls per week
- ✅ Professional attitude and client-handling ability
- ✅ Comfortable working during USA business hours
- ✅ Self-motivated and capable of working remotely
